Tuesday Sector Laggards: General Contractors & Builders, Biotechnology Stocks

In trading on Tuesday, general contractors & builders shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.6%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Hovnanian Enterprises (HOV), off about 6.9% and shares of Beazer Homes USA (BZH) off about 5.4% on the day.
